Get yourself CIPPed with USA Rugby.
A mandatory part of playing rugby in the
Arizona Rugby Union for Phoenix Rugby Club is that every player that
takes the field needs to be CIPPed with USA Rugby. CIPPing
provides liability insurance for the player and the Union. If you
take the field without being CIPPed, the Club will forfeit the game.
Click on the link below to go to the USA
Rugby website. When you get to the main page, you have to login to
access your account (or create a new one), which is where you pay your
$50 CIPP fees for the upcoming year. The CIPP year now runs Sept 1
to Aug 31. Once you have CIPPed yourself, print out the waiver
form, fill that out and give it to Dan Cobin so he can file it (as you
step through the process online it also prompts you to print out the
waiver and submit to your club).
