What do I need for rugby practice?
Good question and it’s simple:
Soccer/rugby cleats
Sturdy shorts
Sturdy shirt/jersey
Mouthguard
Bottle of water
If you are new to the sport and are unsure of what you need, come to practice with comfortable running shoes, shorts and a shirt that will get dirty. At practice the players can recommend gear or pass down previous jerseys.

A-Side Selection
*IMPORTANT* If you are interested in playing competitively/ A Side then it is important for you to attend all or as many practices as possible. A-side selection will be based on attendance, skill and experience.
