Our club keeps practice centrally located so that people in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Chandler, Peoria, Glendale and other surrounding cities can conveniently attend. Sometimes locations and times change. So check out our Women's Instagram for up-to-date info!

Tuesday/Thursday 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

What do I need for rugby practice?
Good question and it’s simple:
Soccer/rugby cleats
Sturdy shorts
Sturdy shirt/jersey
Mouthguard
Bottle of water
If you are new to the sport and are unsure of what you need, come to practice with comfortable running shoes, shorts and a shirt that will get dirty. At practice the players can recommend gear or pass down previous jerseys.

A-Side Selection
*IMPORTANT* If you are interested in playing competitively/ A Side then it is important for you to attend all or as many practices as possible. A-side selection will be based on attendance, skill and experience.
