In order to be eligible to play any games with the club you must be registered under the USA Rugby general liability insurance plan (CIPP) as a Phoenix Women Rugby Club (ID#122551) member. 

CIPP registration with USA Rugby is required by both the Arizona Union and USA rugby. CIPPing provides liability insurance for the player and the Union.  If you take the field without being CIPP'd, the Club will forfeit the game.

Steps:

• Login or create a new account
• Register as a player with Phoenix Women Rugby Club (ID#122551) member. 
• Print out and complete the waiver form and submit to Phoenix Rugby admin.

Membership dues are collected on an annual basis. The club has two payment plan options. 

Option 1: Pay in full
Pay dues in full through our online store or in person to our Treasurer.  

Option 2: Partial payments
3 partial payments paid through our online store or in person to our Treasurer. 

Players must be current to be eligible for competition.  Payments can be made in person with cash/check made out to Phoenix Rugby Club or by using a Visa debit/credit card via Square.

Please submit a photograph of the following items to a club administrator. 

• A head shot photograph
• Driver's license
• Medical Insurance cards - front and back.

Complete the following forms and submit to a Phoenix Rugby administrator: 

• Code of conduct
